Vandana Mishra is a seasoned technologist with more than 10 years of industry experience. Vandana has strong computer science background and has worked with Microsoft Windows, Zune and Xbox team at different level. Along with Microsoft Vandana has worked with Satyam Computer and ADCC. Vandana has B.E (Honors) in computer science from GCOE, Amaravati. Vandana's responsibilities are: managing RGen Solutions USA and overseeing the activities of RGen Software Solutions India Pvt. Ltd.
Prashant Mishra - Director, Technology
Prashant Mishra is seasoned software architect and capable of executing on ambitious strategies. Prashant has eleven years of industry experience. Before RGen Solutions he has worked for Microsoft and Cognizant Technology in different roles. While working at Microsoft, Prashant was responsible for PA (Product Activation) Licensing Platform and holds couple of Patents in Licensing Space. He has also worked with Visual Studio and Microsoft Localization Development team. Prashant has BS degree from the Nagpur University and a MS Computer Engineering from Seattle University.
Sandeep Thakre - Director, Delivery & Operations - India
Sandeep Thakre has 14 years of IT experience and has managed operations and delivery with mid to large size teams. Sandeep has track record of successfully starting up new operations and building highly effective teams. During his tenure Sandeep has overseen the development, testing and deployment for products like on-line vehicle tracking, Remote Banking, Adulteration control for petroleum industry and other wireless application. He also has resilient domain knowledge of ERP. Sandeep is managing the RGen India operations and delivery, prior to RGen he has worked for ADCC, ZEON and as COO at LEANSOFT. Sandeep is B.E in Computer Science from COEB, Amravati.
Dheeraj Deode - Director, IT Services
Dheeraj Deode is the Director for RGen’s IT Operations Management, Technology, Network & Infrastructure Management Services. He has played pivotal role in setting up RGen’s IT infrastructure unit and has started operations in Europe. Dheeraj specializes and has worked extensively in Service Delivery & Service Management areas. Dheeraj has been in the IT Industry for over 10 years and joined RGen in 2011. Prior to his current role, Dheeraj served Siemens IT Solutions and Services & Newgen Technologies. He holds an MBA from Nagpur University and bachelors degree in Computer Science from Bhopal University.
